Magen is a Los Angeles–based producer specializing in film, television, commercials, and music videos.

​

Originally from New York City and South Florida, she earned a degree in Theatre Performance and Musical Theatre from Marymount Manhattan College. She began her career as an Assistant Director across feature films, episodic television, and short-form content before transitioning to producing full-time.

​

Throughout her career, Magen has worked on projects for major studios and networks including Paramount, ABC, Warner Bros. Discovery, Nickelodeon, HBO, Netflix, and YouTube Studios. Her narrative work includes short films created in collaboration with BAFTA and NALIP, while her unscripted credits include serving as Senior Producer on Season 22 of The Bachelorette, featuring Taylor Frankie Paul of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

Her commercial portfolio includes campaigns for brands such as Vogue, Google, Meta, Converse, Frito-Lay, KFC, T-Mobile, Walmart, and Milano, to name a few. She also produced the visual companion to Keke Palmer's album JUST KEKE.

As an independent producer, Magen collaborated with the artist Madge on the music video "Shiversucker," which earned three Gold awards at the 2024 CICLOPE Festival in Berlin for Cinematography, Editing, and New Talent in Music Video. The project was also shortlisted for the 2025 1.4 Awards, the Shots Awards, and the Saatchi & Saatchi UK New Creators Showcase, and received a Wooden Pencil for Music Video Direction at the D&AD Awards. She also produced Madge's music video "Beat Bunny," which won Gold for Music Video at the 2026 British Arrows Awards and Best Music Video at the Berlin Music Video Festival.

Magen's feature film Nobody Leaves premiered at the 2024 Dances With Films Festival in Los Angeles. Her short film Couples Skate premiered at the 2026 American Black Film Festival, and The Liars of Black Mountain Road continues its festival run throughout 2026.
